My cell phone bill used to be over $300 per month. I finally got fed up and moved to StraightTalk and we now get unlimited everything for $100 a month for two smart phones. I thought $300 was outrageous, but it was the cost of doing business for me at the time.
If I’d had this guy’s experience I suspect I’d have had a coronary.

Verizon says the whole thing was “an error.” They also said they’ve resolved the problem to their former customer’s satisfaction but that’s not been confirmed.
To err is human. To REALLY screw things up you need a computer.
