Here we go again. Two St. Louis cops, both white, were serving a search warrant at a house when two of the occupants fled the scene and a third reportedly turned on them and pointed a gun at them. You can guess the rest .
St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson says two suspects fled from the home around noon
Wednesday on the city’s north side before the 18-year-old turned and pointed a handgun at the officers, who shot him.
Both officers, who are white, were unharmed, according to a police report.
Dotson said four guns and crack cocaine were recovered at the scene.
The 18-year-old black youth will be certainly be memorialized as a “good kid” who was “getting his life together.”
Police are being attacked with rocks and bottles and have responded with tear gas to break up crowds.
This isn’t over. We expect a roll out with the professional agitators when the sun goes down.
