Hillary – the gift that keeps on giving. What did we learn this week?
This week a judge declared that the DOJ must divulge the emails of Hillary every month – OK, only those which Hillary wanted us to see! Some think that will water down the impact. I believe it will remind us monthly of just who Hillary is: an ethically and morally compromised woman who actually did accomplish a lot while Secretary of State. It is just that what she accomplished runs counter to the interests of the United States of America.
We learned that Hillary did have an interest in arming Libyan opposition groups via private security contractors, even though at the time the opposition was not yet recognized by the United States. This meant that strict guidelines were required but not sought.
We learned that the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation are being sued in Florida for the release of the private server from her home. The suit is for racketeering. The RICO case alleges that political favors were granted, and large speaking fees were given, while Hillary was Secretary of State, all in exchange for favorable government business.
The emails to and from the Clinton Foundation, about “Negotiations about influencing U.S. foreign policy or U.S. Government actions to benefit donors” would not be captured on a U.S. Government email account because her emails would not be with a U.S. Government official.
We learned that Judicial Watch is suing John Kerry for access to the emails of Hillary and others at the State Department, because the government refuses to cough up documents under FOIA (the Freedom of Information Act).
We learned that after Barack Obama told Hillary to not let her friend Sidney Blumenthal have anything to do with the State Department, she found a way to go around that edict. She had the Clinton Foundation pay him $10,000 per month as an employee while he guided her on her actions at the State Department. It was he who first suggested the excuse of the anti-Muslim video being to blame for the attack in Benghazi.
We know that the Clinton Foundation only used abut 13% of their incoming donations for actual charity work. The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper explains in his new book that “the salaries and benefits of all the staff at the foundation are an eye-popping $220,218,840—well above the total grants for the lifetime of the foundation”. On top of this they are a tax-exempt organization, meaning that our government is receiving far less in taxes than it otherwise would, from the Foundation and from those who donate to it.
Hillary wants to be the Champion for women – even though she pays women who work for her just 72 cents on the dollar compared to the men.
She wants to be the Champion of women, even though it was her War Room which took care of all the “Bimbo Eruptions” (her term) which cropped up when women accused dear Bill of assault and rape when he was President. Adviser James Carville is famous from that time for speaking of women like Paula Jones: “Drag a hundred-dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you’ll find.” Read more at http://www.wnd.com/2014/06/hillarys-classist-war-on-women/#zG5ZaURBpHJG1bOU.99
She wants to be the Champion for women even though she spoke with disdain of those women who “just stay home and bake cookies.” She knew she could do so much more, she told us. Yes, that’s our Champion!
Pretty soon, Hillary might once again condemn the “vast right-wing conspiracy” against her. Meanwhile, Hillary this week promised to “restore faith, confidence and optimism in the US – post Obama”. I know, I know, it is difficult to stifle the guffaws.
