Until a couple days ago, I thought I had made steaks every way possible. When I saw this video, I had to try this “new” way to cook steaks. Very glad I did, and i think you will be too!
Cons: It takes a while longer to cook your steak. For thinner cuts, getting a good temp reading might be difficult.
Pros: Perfectly done every time, from crust to crust.
