Freedom Summit 2016 – Ted Cruz

Freedom Summit 2016 was held this month in Iowa.  It’s viewed as the start of 2016 Republican primary.  Sigh.

It’s way to early to talk about “supporting” a candidate unless you’ve got a couple of hundred million dollars to throw around, and in that case you’ve probably already been wined and dined by the Bushes, Mitt Romney, and half a dozen other “big names.”  For the rest of us though, it looks like we’re going to have to start sorting people out.  Or at least beginning to comment on them.

Yesterday we showcased Sarah Palin.  Today, it’s Ted Cruz.

We find the most interesting dynamic with Cruz to be the showdown between the Senator from Texas and the Governor from Texas.  It could be fun to watch.
