UNREAL: Liberal comedian Chris Rock cracks sick joke about 9/11 on SNL

Comedian Chris Rock continues to prove that he has only two brain cells rattling around the empty canyon of his skull, both of which are hooked up to life support.

Rock hosted Saturday Night Live over the weekend, where he delivered one of the most distasteful opening monologues seen on the show in recent history.

According to The Daily Caller, rather than opening up with a few jokes about his career or funny stories from his real life, the irrelevant comedian cracked jokes about 9/11 and the Boston Marathon Bombing. The crowd, apparently, did not approve, as laughs were sparse.

Rock eventually changed gears to start talking about the Freedom Tower and oddly enough, Scarlett Johansson.

“I don’t care if Scarlett Johansson is butt naked on the 89th floor in a plate of ribs. I’m not going in the Freedom Tower,” Rock said.

The controversial comedian’s wisecracks were also not sitting well with folks across the country as many took to Twitter to voice their disapproval.

While I’m all for freedom of speech and believe Mr. Rock can say what he wants, when he wants, I’m also a big believer in human decency. Joking about terror attacks that left thousands of people dead is in extremely bad taste and only someone desperate for attention–like a washed up comedian for example–would say something so horrendous on national television.

Although what Rock said offended me and millions of other Americans deeply, we’re not calling the big government hotline asking for some snot nosed politician to make the boo boo feel better by demanding the government censor his speech.

Instead, those who were offended can stick it directly to Chris Rock by opting to not go to his live comedy shows or buy any of his merchandise and products. Working the free market and cutting off his cash flow is a much more productive way to give Mr. Rock a slap in the chops for his offensive jokes.
