The Reason Why the Huffington Post Thinks Mia Love Got Elected is Beyond Absurd

0

Ever since Mia Love won her race in the midterm elections–making her the first black, female Mormon representative in Utah’s history–those fuzzy, cuddly, and oh so “tolerant” progressives have been throwing her under the bus.

Many of the accusations being tossed her way by Democrats are as racist as they come, with some more or less saying she isn’t “black enough,” whatever that means.

While much of the rhetoric–which was expected–is pure baloney, the latest hit piece by Darron Smith from the Huffington Post absolutely takes the award for most ridiculous Mia Love slam to date.

Here’s a quote from his “article.”

From TPNN:

“She appears publicly unhampered by the daily grind of white racism that affects other racial minorities within the United States. Unlike most of them, Mia gets to walk through the hallowed doorways of white institutions controlled by elite, powerful men.

She is allowed to pass through in her black, female body with the understanding that she must not see, speak or openly advocate for anything related to race or gender — an unholy compromise. Hence, she might look black, but her politics are red.

This is one way white privilege is reproduced at the legislative level of government. In fact, Mia, along with other notable black conservatives such as Allen West, Michael Steele, Amy Holmes, Alan Keyes and Tom Scott, subscribe to a party that rejects any notion of systemic racism as a central cause of black suffering within its basic tenets of individualism.”

Wow. Just wow. So Mia Love got elected because of “white privilege?” A black female won a political race due to white privilege? That’s insane!

It’s pretty clear that left-wing cronies only care about racism when they can find some way to exploit it for the advancement of their political agenda or to line their pockets with fat rolls of cash.

Truly, if they cared so much about “equality,” they’d be tickled pink to see all of the wonderful achievements being made by black conservatives in this country. They would also know their history and see that’s always been conservatives who have fought against slavery and supported the Civil Rights Movement. It wasn’t Democrats.

When it comes to racial equality, conservatives are the ones who demonstrate true tolerance and diversity, and this latest midterm proved it.

Mia Love was elected because she stands for the core principles of what makes America great. Maybe one day the left will actually catch on to that.
