Bill Hillarycare Clinton tries to save Pryor senate seat from Obamacare

clinton-littlerock-articleLargeYes, had Democrats including President Barack Obama not lied and promised that Americans could keep health insurance policies and doctors they liked, Obamacare would not have been passed into law, albeit after unconstitutional origination in the Senate.

But even after  a year of serial lying about an Affordable Care Act too voluminous to read and a filibuster-proof Democrat super-Senate-majority (at least before Republican Scott Brown took over the late-Ted Kennedy seat in a special election), the votes were not there for enactment before Bill Clinton made a last-ditch lobbying trip to Capitol Hill at President Obama’s request.

In a cloakroom meeting with all Democrat senators, all of whose votes were required to pass Obamacare, the man who precipitated the loss of his party’s control of the House for the first time in 40 years due to voter backlash against Hillarycare, urged all Democrats to pass the admittedly flawed law since they could “fix it later.” After all, their progressive predecessors had been dreaming of getting their government-run hooks into health care for over a century; and Americans have never repealed any other entitlement enacted into law.

Now, it’s later. But between then and now, Democrats lost the House again in 2010 and face losing the Senate in 2014 with Clinton-Arkansas-protege Sen. Mark Pryor and Obamacare votes being Exhibits A and B for why.

Democrat lips moving, lies imminent below:

The problem with the past five years is not limited to Barack Obama. The problem is the Democratic Party. All of them.

Boot them out in 2014!
